OTCA performed a complete gut renovation of interior oce space including full demolition, structural steel & concrete modifications, MEP work, a new ADA lift, all new GWB partitions, and new finishes. The work area upgrades included the cable TV station, IT server room, and studio control rooms. The specialty installations include recessed GWB / ACT ceiling work, acoustic panels, raised access floors, architectural millwork, and an ADA wheelchair lift. MEP work includes new HVAC system, fire suppression, electrical panels, BMS, and fire alarm upgrades.
